Russian passenger plane crashes in Serbia

A Russian passenger plane has crashed and burst into flames killing more than 30 of the 43 people on board.

The twin-engine commuter flight took off from Tyumen and was heading towards the oil town of Surgut. It's not yet known why the plane came down, but an investigation has been launched.
