Delegates from the International Atomic Energy Agency in Vienna press Tehran Friday as talks resume over access to its nuclear programme.

Iran has refused to curb its nuclear enrichment programme or allow UN access to the Parchin military site, prompting tough sanctions by the West.

"We are here today to continue our discussion with Iran and seek agreement on the approach to resolve all outstanding issues."

The meeting comes in the wake of an upsurge in rhetoric from Israel suggesting an attack on Iran before US presidential elections in November.
