New Orleans police have issued an arrest warrant for the actor after he allegedly pushed a bartender during a dispute.
A female bartender told police Gooding became agitated after customers asked to have photos taken with him.
The alleged shoves came after the bartender asked him to calm down and then again when he was asked to leave the bar.
The actor is in Louisiana shooting the movie "The Butler."
