Russia commemorates victims of plane crash

The Russian president has called for changes to the country's airline industry as he visited the plane crash site where 43 people were killed on Wednesday.
Dmitry Medvedev laid a wreath in memory of those killed in the crash.
The plane came down near Yaroslavl, northeast of Moscow, shortly after takeoff.
More than 30 of those killed were players and coaches from one of the country's top ice hockey clubs.
