Millions of people in Kenya, Somalia, Ethiopia and Djibouti are at risk of starvation.

No rain means no harvests and no food - at least until sometime next year, according to the UN.

Thousands of refugees are arriving at a refugee camp on the Kenya-Somalia, in Dabaab, daily.
