Iraqi tensions rise over Kirkuk

Jalal Talabani, Iraq's Kurdish president, has angered Arab politicians in his country be referring to Kirkuk as the "Kurdish Jerusalem".

Arabs who live in the region, which has been disputed for generations, say that his comments paint them as foreign occupiers.
