Turkish police are called to the scene when ethnic clashes erupted at a refugee camp Sunday.

Four soldiers and four civilians are wounded in the unrest.

The Dogan news agency said the violence erupted when Syrian refugees protested against sharing the camp with Syrian Turkmen.

Security personnel were also called to the scene at another camp where refugees were protesting over a lack of food and water.

There are now more than 43,000 Syrian refugees living in camps inside Turkey. Several hundred more refugees arrive daily basis.
