Pour le mariage de ce couple adorable, j'ai été recommandé par Anne-Sophie, alias Ela & the Poppies (elapoppies-photography.com/blog/), une photographe très talentueuse dont le mari était avec moi au lycée... Long time ago, comme quoi Facebook ça a du bon !
Alizée et Ludovic se sont mariés religieusement à Capbreton, cérémonie qui a été suivie par un petit verre de vin blanc au très sympathique Café de la Place.
Le vin d'honneur et la soirée se sont déroulés à la Réserve, à St-Jean de Luz, magnifique hôtel surplombant l'océan.
Autant vous dire qu'avec un couple et un décor pareils c'était un bonheur de filmer...
Pour l'occasion j'ai donc sorti le Canon 600D, Canon 50mm 1.8 et Tokina 11-16mm 2.8, ainsi que mon stabilisateur Flycam Nano DSLR et mon nouveau rail slider pour travellings de 1 mètre. Un peu compliqué à transporter, surtout dans le feu de l'action, mais le résultat est là !
J'ai pris le son à l'église avec un Zoom H1 et un micro cravate Audio Technica ATR 3350, le marié ayant bien voulu glisser le tout dans sa poche intérieure de veston. Un drôle de souffle distordu est présent sur l'enregistrement, pas gênant cette fois mais je n'ai aucune idée d'où ça vient et comment l'éviter...
Une belle et grosse journée de travail au final, une très belle atmosphère, merci aux mariés pour leur confiance et leur gentillesse !

For the wedding of this lovely couple, I was recommended by Anne-Sophie, aka Ela & the Poppies (elapoppies-photography.com/blog/), a very talented photographer whose husband was with me in high school ... Long time ago, like what Facebook has it's good!
Alizée and Ludovic were married religiously in Capbreton, a ceremony that was followed by a glass of white wine at very friendly Café de la Place.
The cocktail, dinner and party were held in Reserve, St. Jean de Luz, beautiful hotel overlooking the ocean.
Both say that with a couple and a setting like that it was a joy to shoot ...
For this occasion I shot with the Canon 600D (T3i), Canon 50mm 1.8 and Tokina 11-16mm 2.8, my DSLR Stabilizer Flycam Nano and my new rail slider for tracking shots (1 meter). A bit complicated to transport, especially in the heat of the moment, but the result is here!
I took sound into the church with a Zoom H1 and a tie clip microphone Audio Technica ATR 3350, the groom having kindly accepted to wear it into his inside pocket of jacket. A dirty distorted breath is present on the recording, not a problem this time but I have no idea where it came from and how to avoid ...
A beautiful and busy day of work in the end, a very nice atmosphere, thank you for the bride and groom their confidence and kindness!
