South Sudan progress hampered by corruption

A year after it became an independent nation, South Sudan's economic potential is being hampered by corruption. President Salva Kiir has accused local officials of stealing up to four billion dollars in state funds. Al Jazeera's Nazanine Moshiri reports from Juba, the capital.
