Blood Red Shoes are 'incredibly self-destructive'

The making of the third Blood Red Shoes album In Time To Voices was accompanied by a lot of arguing. Laura-Mary Carter and Steven Ansell have gotten used to it: they have been working together for five years on an almost daily basis, so conflicts are inevitable. According to Ansell, it's somewhat of a miracle that Blood Red Shoes stills exists. "I think I quit the band about three times while writing this record."
