Water break FLOODED Jeep stuck

West Main Traffic Circle flooded once again around 8:30 AM , but this time its not because rain or tides, water break on Dickson Blvd and the water ran down the hill behind Lounsburys car dealership and into the traffic circle. Some motorists were getting stuck in the water as you come off traffic circle heading onto Wheeler Blvd. A jeep in 4 wheel drive thought he would go through the snow, got stuck, and needed a tow truck. Codiac RCMP blocked the road and waited for Public works to arrive with barricades and waited and waited. Traffic was being re routed onto Salisbury road through industrial park to by pass the flooded road.
