Arnold Power Station, located in the South Island. Built in 1932 Water is taken from the Brunner River. Video was taken in 1991 on VHS-C tape. 2 English Electric alternators of 1500 kVA each. 3300 Volts stepped up to 66 kV. This station is still in service although plans are to built a new station with a larger generating capacity.
