Old Belgian kVArh meter, used in distribution networks at the 6000 / 110 Volts level . The dial reads in true kVArh for 6000 Volts, no multiplier needed. It is a CT operated meter which runs at a current of 5 Ampères and driven by means of current transformers. A CT multiplier will be attached to the readings obtained from the dial.
