Justin Bieber accused of battering photographer

Justin Bieber is being investigated for an altercation he had with a photographer. The photog then filed a complaint, stating Bieber "physically battered" him.
Witnesses say the scuffle started on Sunday (May 27) when Bieber tried to leave a shopping mall and the man allegedly blocked his car from exiting.
Bieber reportedly got out of the vehicle, asked the man to leave, he refused, and some sort of altercation ensued.
The Los Angeles County District Attorney's office is looking into the incident. The 18-year-old Bieber, who has professed a determination to maintain a squeaky-clean image, left the shopping center with his girlfriend Selena Gomez before officers arrived.
According to celebrity website TMZ.com, the DA's office is looking to speak with Bieber, who has left the Los Angeles area for Norway.
