When Obama signed the executive order to close Guantanamo, he also set up three seperate committees to help with the task.

One is responsible for reviewing the case of every remaining detainee at the prison, and while those efforts continue, the other two committees have missed their deadline.

As Al Jazeera's Clayton Swisher reports, the camp's closure is an issue fraught with challenges.
