Colombian rebels release second hostage in a week

One of Colombias longest-held hostages has been reunited with his family, after 12 years in captivity. Pablo Emilio Moncayo was a teenager when he was kidnapped in 1997 by the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (Farc). The Farc still holds at least 20 police and soldiers as well as dozens of civilians - and now wants the government to agree an exchange of jailed rebels for remaining captives. Al Jazeera's Latin America editor, Lucia Newman has this report (31 May 2010).
