A white Kenyan aristocrat, Thomas Cholmondeley, is facing a life sentence for the manslaughter of a local game warden. The trial has put the spotlight on the Kenyan justice system. Some accuse the judiciary of having one law for blacks and one for whites.

Cholmondeley was charged with the murder of another black Kenyan in 2005 but that case was droppped. Al Jazeera's Mohammed Adow reports from Nairobi on the controversy.
