Russian experts arrive at Indonesia crash site

80 members of an aeronautical, forensic and rescue team from Russian arrived on the scene of a plane crash in Indonesia.

The team of experts are investigating a Sukhoi jet that crashed into the side of a mountain during a demonstration flight last week.

At least 45 people were onboard the plane... everyone perished in the crash.

Hampered by rough terrain and remote location, efforts to retrieve the victims' bodies have been slow going.

"The rescuers are still using the same helipad as the one we used from day one. Our personnel up there are working to widen the helipad, so more than one helicopter can land to speed up the process."

The plane was carrying journalists, businessmen, embassy officials and technicians. The exact cause of the crash is still being investigated.
