Those who've been able to escape the fighting in Sri Lanka face new hardships. Many leave everything behind, in search of safety in neighbouring India. Thousands of refugees have attempted to make the dangerous voyage from the north of Sri Lanka to state of Tamil Nadu, as Al Jazeera's Matt McClure reports from Rameswarem.
