One of the main reasons Israel cited for its three-week offensive in Gaza was to destroy tunnels running under Gaza's border with Egypt, which Israel says are used to smuggle weapons into the Strip.

But barely a week after Israeli troops pulled out of the coastal strip, some of the tunnels are already back open for business.

Al Jazeera's Mike Kirsch reports.
