CGRundertow SHREK FOREVER AFTER for Nintendo DS Video Game Review

Shrek Forever After review. Classic Game Room presents a CGRundertow review of Shrek Forever After from Griptonite Games and Activision for the Nintendo DS. Shrek: Forever After is your prototypical kids game. There's a whole lot of enemies to button mash and just enough minor platforming to say there's something. Shrek can jump, double jump and bash people's faces in. I heard he was supposed to do even more, but then someone said, "Eh, what's the point?" The levels are big, open spaces through which Shrek must walk. That's pretty much how Shrek: Forever After approaches level design for the entire game. You might run into some rudimentary puzzles, but again, it's all very simple, very linear and for the most part, almost self explanatory. Put that thing over there...right here. This video review features video gameplay footage of Shrek Forever After for the Nintendo DS and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's Derek.
