Hamsaladeevi is a village in Krishna District in Andhra Pradesh close to where one branch of River Krishna meets the Indian Ocean. It is also known as "Swan Island".It is believed that the gods themselves built the Venugopala Swamy temple. Later the temple construction was finish during the reign of the mauryan's.
