Israeli Archaeologists Unearth Oldest Hebrew Text Ever Found

Archaeologists in Israel announced on October 30th, 2008, that they had unearthed the oldest Hebrew text ever found, while excavating a fortress city overlooking a valley where the bible says David slew Goliath. The findings near the ancient battlefield in the Elah Valley, could have implications for the emotional debate over the future of Jerusalem, as it proves beyond any doubt the pre-Arab connection of the Jewish people to their eternal cultural, political and spiritual capital Jerusalem. 11/06/08
