Bomb disrupts Shi'ite procession

The moment of impact after a home-made bomb went off near a Shi'ite Muslim procession in Khanpur, Pakistan. At least 18 people are dead and as many as 30 are wounded.
Amid the confusion, participants yelled "I am present, Ya Hussain."
The attack on the Shi'ite procession comes as as they mark Chehlom, which commemorates the martyrdom of the grandson of the prophet Muhammed. Strife between the minority Shi'ites and Sunnis has intensified in recent years as Sunni militants deepened their ties with al Qaeda and the Taliban.
