Handless Taiwanese man denies chopping off own hand

In a recent report released by the Chinese police, however, anesthetics was detected in the chopped off hand. Therefore, the Taiwanese police have charged him with fraud. Now the case is being investigated by the local authorities as well as the Chinese police. But Hu said that he will not return to China unless being accompanied by the Taiwanese authorities for safe check.
