Murdered Indian student’s body reaches hometown.

STORY: The body of Anuj Bidve, the Indian student who died in the UK after being shot in the head last month, was brought to his hometown of Pune in western India on Saturday (January 7).
Bidve's last rites would be performed later in the evening.
The 23-year-old student was shot at point blank range on the early hours of Boxing Day (December 26) as he walked along a street in Salford with friends. He later died in the hospital.
A postgraduate student at Lancaster University, Bidve was visiting Salford to spend time with friends over Christmas.
Anuj's father found out about his son's death through the social networking site "Facebook" at his home in Pune.
A 20-year old man, Kiaran Stapleton who gave his name in court as "Psycho Stapleton" has been charged with the murder.
