Ajman also spelt as Ujman, is one of the seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) With an area of roughly 260 square kilometres, Ajman is the smallest emirate as far as land area is concern.
It is located along the Persian Gulf or known today as Arabian Sea, Ajman also controls the Masfut and the Manama areas, two small, inland enclaves that are primarily agricultural. It’s population was estimated only 36,000 Ajman is ruled by Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi of the Al Nuaimi tribe while the Crown Prince of Ajman Emirate is Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi.
