Stars rock at NY Jingle Ball

New York's Madison Square Garden turned into a music holiday party headlined by Lady Gaga on Friday (December 9).
The Jingle Ball played host to the likes of Kelly Clarkson, Pitbull and David Guetta.
Gaga, who was interviewed by a DJ working for the sponsor of the event, said the concert held special meaning to her.
SOUNDBITE: Lady Gaga, singer, saying (English):
"But I told my mom, I said, 'I want to, you know, be a singer.' She had brought me to the show. This was my first concert, so I'm hoping to, you know, have a special night for those in the audience who it's their first show too."
Clarkson took to the stage to perform her latest single, "What Doesn't Kill You (Stronger)." Pitbull performed, "Give Me Everything," and international superstar David Guetta rocked the turntables.
SOUNDBITE: David Guetta,saying (English):
"I always feel like in such a good mood and full of energy when I come here and obviously, you know, this is a big deal for me to play here and I'm very excited, yes."
Foster the People and Gym Class Heroes were also on hand to rally the holiday spirit, with stars like actress Abigail Breslin and fashion designer Betsey Johnson there to rock out with their favorite performers.
