Voting in the Democratic Republic of Congo second-ever presidential election in four decades was marred by unrest on Monday. The UN said some polling stations were set ablaze by those angry about a delayed start to the vote. Incumbent head of state Joseph Kabila, in power since 2001, is predicted to win.
