UN condemns 'excessive use of force' in Egypt

The United Nations on Wednesday condemned the killing of pro-democracy protesters by Egypt's military rulers. Navi Pillay, the UN's human rights chief, criticised authorities for their "clearly excessive use of force" against demonstrators demanding immediate elections.
