Kabul suicide bomb kills 13 foreign troops.

Medics lift the body of an injured soldier into an armoured vehicle in western Kabul.
On Saturday a suicide bomber attacked a convoy of foreign soldiers near the national museum.
A spokesman for the NATO-led International Security Assistance Force said said several ISAF troops were listed among the casualties.
An Afghan interior minister said, via Twitter, that three civilians and one police officer were were killed.
Violence here is at an all time high since the start of the war 10 years ago.
On Thursday, insurgents used rifles and rocket-propelled grenades to attack two bases in southern Afghanistan.
There have also been a number of assassinations and Taliban raids.
