Rukmini Datta on communication tips for NGOs

Rukmini is a communications consultant for the social sector based in Bombay. She talks about the importance of documentation for NGOs and explains better results can be obtained by knowing who the receiver of the communication is and removing any barriers in the way of them responding favourably to the message.
