Police: Estonia gunman 'killed himself'

A hostage drama at Estonia's Defence Ministry in Tallin ended with the gunman dead when police staged a rescue operation. A police spokesman said the man had killed himself. The alarm was raised when an explosion and gunfire were heard at the government building in the capital. It was cordoned off and surrounded by police.
