Rumsfeld may be sued for Iraq torture

For the second time in a month a US court has ruled former Defence Secretary Donald Rumsfeld can face a civil trial by US citizens who claim they suffered torture in Iraq. Donald Vance and Nathan Erdel say they were detained and tortured after revealing illegal activities by their employer, a military construction contractor. http://www.euronews.net/
