Welcome to the Femmeonomics (http://femme-o-nomics.com) news in review. All the news professional women need to know with a little bit of attitude.

Is it a drama or tragedy, we're not yet sure but the latest news about the accuser in the Dominique Strauss-Kahn sexual assault case is that she filed a libel suite against The New York Post, which published a series of articles over the weekend claiming she's a prostitute.

According to the New York Times, the maid argues that the shocking headlines and accompanying articles were false and subjected her to humiliation, shame, scorn, and "ridicule throughout the world". A spokeswoman for The Post said they stand by their reporting.

And to add to the never-ending battle between the sexes, American men are suffering more work-life conflict than woman, according to a new report. The study by The Families and Work Institute claims men today feel "the pressure to do it all in order to have it all." Femmeonomics' response to the study? You need to win at everything, don't you boys?
