Investigators are sifting through the debris of a crashed russian passenger plane. 44 passengers and crew died in the catastrophe - but incredibly, eight people survived. The jet had clipped a power line and was trying to land in darkness and thick fog at Petrozavodsk, 700 kilometres north-west of Moscow.
