The First Lady of Sierra Leone is a passionate advocate of women’s health and believes that all women are important. She tells us how her government has introduced free healthcare to pregnant women and children in order to reduce maternal mortality. She continues to promote the welfare of women and mothers and targets attitudes and behaviour to help improve their lives.
