In Udaipur, India, we went to the Spice Box for cooking classes. In this segment, our teacher shows Jonathan how to make Indian Masala Chai. By the way, "masala" is just the term for "spice mix". There are a huge number of masalas in India - and basically anyone can invent a new masala by mixing together different spices into a new spice mix.
