This is a set of 71 DVDs chronicling the expositions of 18 chapters of Shrimad Bhagavad Gita by Anandmurti Gurumaa in Gita Gyana Yagya held in Gurumaa Ashram. Eighteen chapters are spread across 9 sets, each containing the description about the chapters included and the number of DVDs.In continuation to set 2 [chapter 3 & 4], about Karma Yoga & Gyana Karma Sanyas Yoga, this set contains the expositions of chapter 5 & 6 of Shrimad Bhagavad Gita by Anandmurti Gurumaa. These explanations give an insight into the essential meaning of Sanyas and how an aspirant should live his life with equanimity and tranquillity. Fifth chapter titled Karmasanyas Yoga is about the Nishkam Karma Yoga & Karma Sanyas. After explaining the attributes of Nishkam Karma Yogi & Karma Sanyasi, Gurumaa elucidates how despite being different they are not essentially different as their minds are in equanimity & tranquillity devoid of any craving. Further Gurumaa has also elaborated the path for the aspirant who seeks to be free from the dominance of agyana and longs to attain salvation. Sixth chapter titled Aatmsanyas Yoga encapsulates the essence of Sanyas. As Lord Krishna gave three characteristics of a Sanyasi, Gurumaa has explained them relating it to a seeker. In this chapter, there is also a mention about the importance of determined sadhana, need of a Guru for the Ultimate Liberation, and how the presence of the Guru intensifies a seekers evolution. Besides this Gurumaa has described in detail the difficulties of the mind and the methods through which one may gain mastery of the mind.
