All the cuts including sticks are made on the same utensil with control systems and play with knives:
- corrugated blade for waffled cuts,
- smooth blade and removable cutting blades units (2 positions) to perform slices and sticks,
3 knives references :
- 20638 : removable cutting blades units (width) 3 + 10 mm =french fries & straws potatoes
- 20644 : removable cutting blades units (width) 3 + 7 mm = matchsticks & straws potatoes
- 20660 : removable cutting blades units (width) 2 + 4.5 mm = straw potatoes & juliennes
Accessories Security OPTION:
- Stainless steel safety guard Réf.30300 Réf.30400 (both slices & sticks’s cuts)
- Plastic universal safety guard : Réf.10201 (all cuts included waffled cuts and wafers).
