Car rental companies love to come up with new hidden fees but Dollar Rent a Car should get an award for sleaziness for their new extra charge.Dollar charges consumers a fuel fee if you bring back the car FULL.. but without a receipt. It sounds crazy but they levy a so called fuel charge if you don't have a receipt even if the gas tank is overflowing.
