Taj Burrow and Sally Fitzgibbons talk about the 2011 ASP season opener...

Taj Burrow says he has never been more prepared for the season-opening ASP World Title event on the Gold Coast - the 2011 Quiksilver Pro presented by Land Rover set to commence this weekend.

The defending event champion fine-tuned his equipment and boosted his confidence with a World Qualifying Series (WQS) win at Burleigh Heads last Sunday.

Burrow, who has featured in the top five for the majority of the past decade, said winning an illusive world title would mean everything to him. The 32 year old added that he was happy to hear that the sand was being pumped onto the Snapper Rocks bank each night until the Quiksilver Pro commences in a bid to perfect the sand-bottom, point-break wave.
