'Go', 'No Go' policy not applicable to coal blocks: Jaiswal

The faceoff between the coal ministry and the environment ministry seems to be far from over. While coal minister Sriprakash Jaiswal is saying that there is nothing like go or no go anymore for coal mining, his counterpart in the environment ministry is not ready to give in yet. This despite a meeting between the two ministers which seems to have failed to break the deadlock.
