Israel SC dismisses Taro appeal against Sun Pharma

Sun Pharma, which was fighting a takeover battle with Israeli Pharma major Taro, has said that the Supreme Court (SC) of Israel has given the ruling in favour of the company. Sun Pharma and Taro Pharma have been locked in a legal tussle since May 2008 after Taro unceremoniously terminated the merger agreement with Sun.
