Pickens Co. Drug Court Officer Sexually Assaults Client

Dennis Ponders had completed 1 1/2 years when Marian Fladland Pickens County Drug Court Treatment Provider suggested to help him with his work schedule that he leave the rehab facility that he was attending and move into an apartment in her basement. Everything went down hill from there. Marian Fladland is guilty of sexual assault and needs to be in jail.
