Male circumcision is the latest weapon against Africa's spiralling HIV problem, with research showing it can cut infection rates by up to 60%. For many Kenyan tribes, the procedure is already a rite of passage, but in the country's remote western regions it's an innovation which health authorities are determined to introduce.
