http://www.powerfultrainingsecrets.com - this is a killer deadlift variation, especially if you have trouble with straight bar deadlifts. It sets you in the center of the weight so you don't get the lower back torque that you can see with straight bar deadlifts...similar to a Trap Bar deadlift. Also great for grip as you're using the fat ends of the bar while you're doing it.
