The test phase is finished, and the twelve wind turbines on the North Sea which make up the 'Alpha Ventus' project, are ready to go.They're set to power up to 50,000 households a year, and their success is key to other planned offshore projects. 40 more offshore wind farms are planned in the North Sea and Baltic Sea within the next few years.
