The Berlin Film Festival has played a regular role in the career of Werner Herzog.In 1968 he was awarded the Silver Bear for his debut feature film Signs of Life . Since then he's made some 50 films, including Fitzcarraldo, starring Klaus Kinski. In 2010 he'll be jury president, and deciding himself which films win the prizes.
