A blast went off in Pakistan's commercial city of Karachi on Friday killing at least a dozen and wounding at least 40.
A police official said the blast took place on a main road and the attack targeted Shi'ite Muslims on a crowded bus. Initial reports suggested the bus was hit by a motorbike laden with explosives.
Taliban militants have carried out waves of bombings in Pakistan, killing hundreds since October.
